COMMUNITY YOGA

In collaboration with the Logan City Councils Live Well Logan program we are able to offer to the community a range of classes at a rate of only $5 per class per week! All below classes are booked through our 'Class Calendar'

YOGA. THE BASICS

Suitable for all experience levels

Learning the the basics of yoga through breath, movement and mindfulness. Each class developing balance, strength and flexibility while exploring our mind body connection.

Pregnancy

PREGNANCY YOGA - Commencing July 2021

From 12 weeks.

Classes specifically designed for pregnant women past their first trimester. A practice to help to alleviate common aches and pains associated with your changing body and helps prepare the body for birth and postpartum recovery.

MEDITATION. THE BASICS

Suitable for all experience levels

Explore meditation techniques to assist you in reducing stress and anxiety, improving your emotional health, self awareness and concentration.

MUMS AND BUBS YOGA - Commencing July 2021

For mummas and thier babes (new born to crawling)

Moving your body and bonding with your baby. We focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength and stability while releasing muscle tension through the upper body. Take time out to reconnect with yourself and other parents in a supportive environment. Please bring a towel and baby blanket. This activity is suitable for parents and babies from new born to crawling age.

COMMUNITY YOGA 

Suitable for all levels of experience

Held in the Daisy Hill State Forest on the 1st Sunday of each month.

Learning the the basics of yoga through breath, movement and mindfulness. Each class developing balance, strength and flexibility while exploring our mind body connection.

These classes will help you de-stress and enhance your sense of well-being. All ages welcome, we encourage you to bring your children to join in on some family fun however take no responsibility for child minding. Please bring a yoga mat. Bookings are essential.  

Located in front of amphitheatre:

Daisy Hill Conservation Park (Car Park 4)

Daisy Hill Road, Daisy Hill.
 

BYO Yoga mat or towel, insect repellant and sunscreen. Please respect social distancing.All ages and abilities welcomed.
