Beautiful For the Folk Community,
For the Folk will be taking a brief break from our studio calendar effective immediately. There will be no studio classes over the next two weeks then we will assess when we can open our doors with welcoming arms again. I am hoping after the Easter break…
Each day we are receiving stronger messages from health authorities on the importance of social distancing as individuals to ‘flatten the curve’ of this virus. It is clear we must take action.
This has been a difficult decision to make but ultimately what is important is that we look after ourselves, our families and our community.
I feel comfortable that we are making the right choice but I am missing you already. I am so grateful for our yoga family and the journey we have shared together so far. Our door will reopen as soon as possible so we can be together again!
In the meantime, I encourage you to find some space at home, to sit on your mat and breath, move your body and eat nourishing food. I have created a private member's group on Facebook where you can join us for online yoga classes, meditations and more, I will send details shortly.
All class pass expiries will be extended, weekly memberships will be suspended for the duration of the closure. Private therapies will be paused and rescheduled following our reopening.
This decision has been made from a place of love and care for our community and we are conjuring all of the good healing vibes, projecting out to you.
Namaste beautiful yogis, see you soon on the mat soon.
