Hi Melissa

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am really enjoying the Yin Chakra Series.

I love learning more about the relationship between mind, body and spirit. It feels empowering to have the knowledge to heal and comfort ourselves through our yoga practice.

I also love practising yin night classes from home – I feel so restored and relaxed after class and being able to stay in that zone until I go to bed feels like a huge bonus!

I am so looking forward to the rest of the series, to feeling invigorated, rejuvenated and empowered.
