Our children regardless of age are often caught up in the pressure from high expectations of studies, competitive sports and being extensions of their parent’s hectic schedules.
Pressure from these rushed environments for children can lead to restlessness, an over stimulated mind and anxiety to name a few, with not enough time to relax, settle their mind and bodies and find calm.
Yoga can benefit our children in the following ways by:

Yoga for Youngsters is back for Term 4 led by our passionate children's yoga teacher Grace Dalton. Throughout the 6 week program Grace will guide your youngsters through a variety of play based classes focusing on finding calm. Nourishing stress responses and anxiety, boosting immunity, creating friendships and learning some of the traditional yoga philosophy.
