Full Moon Restorative & Reiki

Surrounded by candlelight and crystals we are soaking in all the goodness of our glowing full moon.

Settling into for a restorative yin yoga practice and group reiki healing. 

Our focus is illuminating how the energy of current full moon is present and reflecting, through our bodies physically, mentally and energetically. We feel into this for deeper understanding of our cyclic nature and how we can work with the energy to our benefit throughout the cycle.

We are supported by props and blankets, settling in to long hold restorative postures and surrendering into the present. 

Melissa will assist you to move deeper within your practice, to observe, and see what it is you need in this moment, and how you can bring this into your reality.
