The Lunar Series - Restorative Sound

Surrounded by candlelight and crystals we are soaking in all the goodness of our glowing full moon.

Each month we settle into a restorative yin yoga practice focusing on the energies of the current moon, how they relate to our bodies physically, mentally and energetically through the chakras as well as the astrological and seasonal traits.

We are supported by props and blankets to really assist in letting go of physical and emotional stress, surrendering and reflecting on the month that has passed and allowing space for us to acknowledge and perhaps accept what no longer serves us.

Together energy healers Melissa and Louise will assist you to move deeper, through Reiki and the healing vibrations of sound.
