THE DETAILS

Usui Reiki Level 1 is delivered over two days face to face.  2 weekend days with 21 days of at-home integration in between for the practice in self-healing mastery.

During each session you will learn a different aspect of reiki theory and practical training with each session ensuring you are comfortable with all aspects of the content to become a competent and intuitive healer.

COURSE SCHEDULE

DAY ONE 

10:30am - Official Start Time. Welcome circle and group meditation. Introductions and Level 1 Overview.

11:30am - Reiki Teachings | What is Reiki, The History of Reiki Healing & The Energetic Body

12.30pm - Lunch Break 30mins. BYO Lunch.

   1:15pm - Reiki Teachings | Self Treatment & Attunements

  3:00pm - Close circle.

21 DAY AT-HOME SELF MASTERY PRACTICE

After the first weekend, all students are provided a guide to cultivate their own daily energy practice with Reiki. Ideally this is practiced every day over 21 days, followed by journaling until the course commences again for the final day.

DAY TWO 

10:30am - Official Start Time. Opening circle and meditation. Reflections and questions.

11:30am - Reiki Teachings | Treating Others, Ethics in Reiki & Body Scan Techniques

12.30pm - Lunch Break. BYO Lunch.

   1:15pm - Reiki Teachings | Reiki Exchange

  3:00pm - Certificates and Closing circle.
