GROUP YOGA THERAPY


Connection | Acceptance | Healing 

Term long healing practices specifically for women. Space to accept and honour their Self through lifestyle yoga practices, ceremony and ritual.

 

Our focus is on moving into a state of deep awareness , connecting through physical symptoms, ailments or injury and understanding how they came about. You are guided to learn about the metaphysical connections to these and are encouraged to unlearn limiting beliefs to allow positive change.

Each term is another layer explored of the Self. The mind body medicine, the somatic experience and how they relates to our current state of being. 

​

Classes are defining, awakening and healing through the physical and emotional bodies.

$180 per term. 

To be paid in full at the beginning of each term. Payment plan available.

Classes limited to 8 women per term.

TERM THEMES

 

TERM ONE | HEALING THE WOMB

Pelvic floor engagement, strengthening your core, spine and hip mobility.

​

TERM TWO | REGULATING THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

Deep rest, regulating breath and body, releasing stress and calming the mind.

​

TERM THREE | A JOURNEY TO THE HEART​

Allowing connection, acceptance, heart opening, upper body release.

​

TERM FOUR | IGNITING YOUR AGNI

Digestive reset, purification, mood food and energy awakening.

 

WEEKLY PROGRAM

Each term, we explore a new theme, immersing deeply in the techniques and teaching to bring healing and release. 

​

  • A Welcome Circle & Mantra.

  • Metaphysical Meditation.

  • Yoga Asana

  • Tea and Gratitude.

  • Take home journal prompts for deeper introspection or exploration activity.

 

Classes are held in my private Shailer Park Studio and are limited to only 8 students per term block.

They are held Tuesday mornings 9:00am - 10:30am, I ask that you arrive 15 minutes before class starts get settled.
